Cisco Agut extended the restaurant progressively and it gained popularity thanks to its typical plates as the pig a la catalana with raisins, plums and pinions, the gambrel with mushrooms or the paella. Desserts as the Catalan cream or the curd with honey continued being so celebrated as in the beginnings of the establishment.

During the last years the restaurant has increased its capacity, has reformed its halls and has improved its accesses and services, getting adapted to the norm for restaurants. Artists, politicians and famous people continue eating in the restaurant: Joel Joan, Emilio and Arantxa Sánchez-Vicario, Marta Ferrusola, Gaby Cairo, Plácido Domingo, Jordi Sánchez, Enrique del Pozo... The restaurant, which is now divided in four rooms, has a certain modernist air. Its walls are full of pictures, almost 200 signed photographies of people of the spectacle, posters of bulls and small framed memories of the beginnings of Can Culleretes.
The philosophy of Can Culleretes is still intact: to make the things with the desire to do them well; and this allows them to offer to its clients a traditional kitchen of quality for a very competitive price.
